Implemented an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to replace a city's Human Resource Information System and Payroll application.  As a Business Systems Analyst, acted as liaison between the Client, Vendor, and various impacted departments and was instrumental in every part of the project lifecycle including system design, configuration, data migration, data integration, testing, technical and operational process documentation, and user training. 

Provided Business Transformation for a healthcare payer to build a Project Management Office.  Acted as the Operations Manager and transitioned all new processes and procedures to the organization's staff.

Provided Project Management services to a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical and medical supply distribution organization; efforts included the successful integration of distributions centers across the U.S. with conversions, consolidations and new construction projects.

Developed charters, schedules, and kickoff presentations for 17 projects in support of a client’s Information Security Transformation Program.

Rebuilt a PMO and resourced a new project manager (PM) team for a logistics corporation, creating the project methodology standards, communicating and proving the benefits of the PM discipline throughout IT and the business, all positively impacting an established culture.

Provided Project Management services to a large Fortune 500 brokerage bank to integrate another bank as part of an acquisition and merger.

Managed a Fortune 500 credit card bank's data warehouse team for operations and projects in support of the banks $2.7B portfolio.
